Instructions

For your semester project, you will identify a group of learners and plan a technology-enhanced lesson for them. You do not actually have to finish a completed version of your lesson, but you do need to complete a written report describing all the aspects, including learners, learning objectives, technology used, and methods.

Deliverables

  1. Your report must define learners, learning goals, environment, and methods. You can find a template for your report at http://cailab.net/classes/405/lessons/minireports/finalproject.shtml.
  2. This should be a fairly formal report in paragraph format. If you refer to information you have found on-line, you must cite it. You do not need to use any references; this can be a report consisting entirely of your own observations and evaluations. However, if you do include others' research, you must cite it accordingly.
  3. Try to justify your decisions. Why did you choose the software you did? What function is it to serve?
  4. Try to complete as much of your actual technology platform as possible. You do not have to complete it entirely, but at least get started on it. Some of you may actually be able to complete your technology-enhanced lesson. Start early!
